Fitness Motivation 101

There are several mental infrastructures that you must put in place for your fitness motivation, and eventual success. The first principle is that the power of change lies within your self. You have probably heard of this statement before. However, we will apply this to your life. Why not follow instagramers for true fitness motivation.

The question is: Do you want to fit into that dress so that you may impress other people? This is not ownership; you are not doing it for yourself. Ownership is so crucial, and we saw this come into play in a lawsuit filed by some overweight children from Brooklyn. These children were suing McDonalds for their obesity. The case was thrown out by the judge .My postulation is that the judge probably thought McDonald's didn't hold a gun to anyone's face, and force them to buy and eat their food". You can't walk around blaming any particular type of food for your health condition. The food didn't just end up in your mouth! there was a conscious desire and effort in getting into your body.

Another example of a lack of ownership is when people blame their friends, spouses, parents, the weather, and any other source other than themselves, for their current health condition. Part of the problem is the way things are done in present day society; there is a tendency to always blame others for our own short comings. What happened to writing fitness programs, and then putting in the necessary work? You could blame the whole world, at the end of the day, you will still have to bear the burden of feeling tired all the time, disease, and all kinds of negative conditions that make you unhappy.
